Lincoln House Surgery is a family friendly surgery situated in Birkdale and has been at its current site since 2007. Our building is a large purpose built, modern, ground level surgery and has the relevant disabled facilities available.

In December 2023 Dr Siva retired from the Practice and from January 2024 Southport and Formby Health (SAFH) are the caretakers of the contract. Our team comprises of a Health Care Assistant and Administration and Reception staff.

General Medical Services (GMS) contract

The practice team deliver a full range of clinical services under our General Medical Services (GMS) contract with NHS England.
